In the P.C steam version of the game you can walk though and, in all walls that are classed as "Fences" further more you can walk though any walls connected to them as well. You don't need to do anything spical or, specific it works at both speeds. Just walk towards a wall that's a Fence Electric Fence or, Fence grass. Then you will be able to just go right though it.
