I was playing a game as Austria in the 1.08 GC on normal/normal, and I was trying to take Wurtenberg and I couldn't keep up with their troop building. I just wanted to know if someone could tell me how a one province country can produce 15,000 to 18,000 troops every six months? I can't afford that many (partly because of gold inflation and partly because I'm only making about 80 ducats a year) and my manpower is barely capable of such large output even after I had already incorporated Bavaria into my country which had a manpower of three between the two.

This was discussed in many threads. Just think that Bradenburg doesn't have to build many developments and send most of their money to treasury and can recruit mercenaries.
Remmember that wars are not to be fought over years, next time build a force that would destroy their army and begin a seige.

The minimum manpower a nation can get is 10 a year (20 maximum).
