In DH in the 1914 scenario I would like to "manually" change the values for the success of secret service operations by editing the savegame! For example, the current success value for triggering a coup in another country from 0% to 100%! Is that possible and if so, which value do I have to edit in the savegame?

Does it have to be the save game? And does it have to be exactly like you say or is this your plan to see what happens couping various nations? Because if so, I can help you, as I was on such a quest myself a while ago. You can go in the misc.txt file of the mod, and then you can make it so that spy missions are limited to 1 time per day instead of many days, and make the penalty for distance zero, so you can coup nations all over the world. You can also make the cost cheaper someplace and I am like 99% sure exactly what you are asking is possible, but I have no idea if it can be done in the save file. Well, in case you just wanted to coup countries to experiment, then that'll do it, anyway.
