Is there a mod or a way to see all the provinces on the map? I can't see all of Iceland even when I zoom in and some provinces in the north and south are also half hidden. I've searched for a mod but haven't found any so I thought someone here would know.

nope ... there are no mods for that.

If you are playing DV (and should be the same in CK), you should be able to access all provinces, though the Nubian, Icelandic and a few in northern Russia are a bit small.

Biggest problem are the small islands of Bornholm and Rügen in the baltic that are almost completely hidden behind the CoAs .. though those can be turned off temporarily.
