I'm a longtime citybuilder player, starting back in the days of Sim City 2000 and even back then the mapmaking tool was the real fun part for me and that tradition continues still.

In Skylines I tend to use heightmaps from the real world with interesting terrain and either do a real world version or use that heightmap to create something completely new. There's also often a maritime theme to my maps.

If you have any input about the maps or any ideas or thoughts let me know.

Since last time I've posted I have published 5 more maps (Completely forgot about this thread for some reason), Port Nelson, Miho Bay, Ría de Arousa, Kowon and the lovely Otago Harbour! I don't have screenshots of these maps anymore to use here on the forum but the ones on the workshop has so check out the link to the collection in the original post.
 
Sunset Coast looks like a great map for the After Dark DLC with all that beach area. Nice work.
