Ok I dont know if this is a bug or if I missed something, but in most games I start no matter the scenario I cant arrange marriages, neither within my own council or between my country and another.

In some games it works a bit into the game but stops working after a while.
Is this a known bug? Is there a way to fix it?

First thread btw :)

You can only arrange marriages for members of your own dynasty, i.e. your daughters and sons. This was changed in a patch, I've forgotten which. In earlier versions you could arrange for all your courtiers.

Ok, but I played as Duchy of Bohemia and had a 17 year old son with no spouse, and I couldnt marry him with my neighbours daughter who was 16 years old and no spouse. When I offer marriage theres no "heads" in the panel.

Sounds weird, I haven´t had any problems with that myself.

Which patch you were using and which scenario are we talking about?

Is the son you mentioned definedly your son and of the same dynasty as you are, i.e. are his and your ruler´s last names the same?

Is the son a character that was around when the game was started or was he born during playing?

Does the bride candidate have already a real portrait or still the question mark one, i.e. is she really an adult?

Please keep a save of that situation in hand. If the cause for this isn´t found out from your answers it´s the only way for me to find out the bug to forward it to developers.

Ok, i think the fault is all mine, he was in fact not my son but my daughters son, he does not have my dynasty´s last name, He is altough the heir so thats why i must have mistaken him for my son.

The reason why i was confused was that, i believe, u were able to marry of coutiers in past versions of the game and not any more? correct?

You are correct. Also make sure that your heir has the same lastname as you, or else its game over most likely when you die. Or there has to be another ruler with the same last name as you in that case your switch to him.
