MAY NOT post attachments?

Hi. In this Tech section I can post attachments. But I can not in the normal thread section (if I go back one click from here).

This situation occurred before. Then, it suddenly changed and I had permission. I have done nothing. But now it reverted to MAY NOT post (except in tech support). Why? Can you please help and permanently fix this setting? Thanks.

I believe this is a problem you should pose in the Paradox General Discussion\Forum Help section.
