Are these two attachments intentionally left without special functionality? Since you left them in the game are you planning to put in the intended functionality? I am just curious since this would add some spice to naval battles :)

Checked the forum and didn't find an answer and this is probably a WAD but I just want to know for sure

Well, as far as I can tell, these attachments actually do something. The funny part is, they both do the [/b]same[/b] thing, but with different cost. The minesweeper is the more expensive one.

True that is what I mean! They are roughly the same. An easy fix would be to create a unit called mines. Have minelayers lay a mine every day. Sailing through a minefield is like a battle, so you lose ships, transports would be most susceptible. Ofcourse once a mine is used, then it disappears. Anyway, Minesweepers while on a minefield will clear a mine every day. Makes sense?

majority ships in the WWI period where either sunk by mines or torpedoes (especially the european theather),

not by exchanging fire from fleets,
