I really like vanilla CK2, but there is one thing that really ruins the game for me and thats the speed of levy replenishment. Is there anyone who knows how I can reduce this in the files? Playing as a crusader down in the middle east is just a waste of time at the moment as the muslims can just come at you with large stacks non stop. I want each battle to matter more so if I loose my army it will take time to raise another both for me and everyone else.

It's in the defines. You'll want to play around with all the reinforce_rate modifiers. From what you're describing, it sounds like you want to change both how quickly levies reinforce when the levy is already raised, and how quickly the levies reinforce in peacetime (LEVY_RAISED_REINFORCE_RATE_MULTIPLIER and REINFORCE_RATE)
