Description​

The event ep2_locale_events.4050 can fire more than once per tournament. The character modifier tournament_bracer_modifier has no duration and does not stack, which means getting the event multiple times is rather pointless and immersion breaking. I suggest a trigger limit that see if you already have this character modifier or give the event a 2 year cool-down.
