I quickly found I didn't like the way pop growth slows down with each pop in 3.0. While I appreciate that it improved performance for most people, I generally had found the late-game to still run acceptably fine on my PC since Federations and it's associated patch. So no biggy, I quickly tracked down the relevant value in the defines and set it to zero. That was easy enough

Or at least it was until I reloaded up my already on-going game and realized that it hadn't reset the amount of required growth back to requiring 100 "assembly points" or "growth points" or whatever the term is. How do I do that? Is there a console command or is it something in the save game I have to edit? If the latter, what precisely am I looking for? I already took a peak in a copied file but nothing leapt out at me. Any help on this would be appreciated.
