In the Game Rules when you scroll down to the "Extra Nomadic Region" Game Rules, the description when you switch the Game Rule to nomadic says "This rule will not have any effect uless you own the Khans of the Steppe Expansion." This is a spelling mistake and should say "This rule will not have any effect unless you own the Khans of the Steppe Expansion." instead.
