Missing China Flag

For some reason the flag disappeared! The country is a democracy but with no voting rights and the Reformers are in power( I put the Conservatives in power with still no flag). I loaded a new game and there was the flag, so any ideas?

This is due to a mistaken flagname in an event. IIRC the event changes to the flag "rep" which should be "republic" (As a side note the china republic flag in the flags and shields directories need to be changed to the actual republican flags as well rather than being the same as the monarchists.)
