It was not included, check the FAQ forum for that kind of info.

Can you play Hoi2?

If you are missing folders because you have delete them, you must reinstall.

Are the mods you are talking about? See in the scenario forum for more pictures.

Have you taking ingame pictures? They will you most likely find in C:\Program Files\Paradox Interactive\hoi2. Use explorer to find the right folder. You can also use the search function in windows. Start-Search Search after Hoi2.exe.

No, I can play HoI2, it won't let me uninstall, and I want to take ingame pictures thats one of the missing folders and I don't know how to do that

Ingame pictures: use F11. You will find your pictures in C:\Program Files\Paradox Interactive\hoi2.

I don't understand what you want. If you are russian, you can use Snowballs forum.

Maybe this should be moved to GD forum Castellon?
 
new problem now it won't let me play the game because i've found the files but now after i screwed around with the building time document i've made a copy of the origianal document and it dosent let me play the game now it says "ecel file not found" then it says i need to install latest milestone BIG PROBLEM

We do not support user made mods or editing of files.

You should uninstall and then do a fresh install and apply the latest patch.
