I am not sure if this is supposed to happen or not but a lot of the counts in my game don't have their shields on the overhead map. They do have them shown when the character is selected, up by the poritrait but not the map itself. Please note these are not shared counties, aka not showing because its owned by another character with a title somewhere else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
