Damn. I need to look at the original pictures again. You are including Arche Seleukia right? Will there be a Seleucid descended from Seleucid? And, are you going to make random trees that descend to the characters like Ptomely, Alexandros, etc.

Seleukidai are ruling Antioch. Many Hellenistic bloodlines are alive and well, including Alexander's if you look for it. There's a few like Parmenion's that due to Alexander not killing him or Philotas that make even more surprising appearences etc...

Making trees is VERY time consuming. I would love to but spending the hours to do it is not on my priority list.

Stop answering questions and get back to work I really want to see this mod complete and not "just" in alpha mode:rofl:

Yes sir! Going to work on tonight's update now. :)

Just a side note though before I go back to work... I'm going to have two versions of Immortals:

The Zhayedan Immortals - the Cataphract Immortal version of the Sassanids for Estakhr(Shiraz province in game) and...
The Anauša Immortals - the old style Achaemenid ones -gonna represent them as archers- in Persepolis...Fars province in game...

So whoever holds those two provinces can spank some behinds (they're one near the other :ninja:)

Hopefully not real immortals i.e cannot die. If its like the Persian version where immortals meant that the number of the unit always stay the same and no one could see their face then its OK but some realism would be preferable.

Hehe ofc. The Zhayedan Immortals and Anauša Immortals are historical elite troops of Persia.

Where do you have Parmenion? I know that the Argeads are very close to the seleukidai, but I have yet to see Parmenion.

Where he died in our reality. (and didn't die in this) Ecbatana. (Hamadan) His line became Satraps there...now Persianized and independant. It's fun to try to make them Kings of Media hehehe.

Oh I know I was just afraid with the new ability to actually make people immortal that you would fall for the novelty of the feature but clearly you have more sense than that(I need a thumbs up icon):)

Could you add a Titular Empire for the Seleukidai?, they were my favourate successor state of alexander's.

I will for sure but not this update. Reforming Arche Seleukeia is something I want to do BADLY. But not yet. :)

I gave Halogaland Berserkers so they can bring about Ragnarok easier. Someone else has them as well. :ninja:

re. Selekeia

Back in the days of Europa Barbaricum they were awesome to play as, very intresting dynamic of Macedonian overlordship over a vast empire where greeks were less than 1% of the population.

Shouldn't all of the countries with the Norse faith have these???

No. I'm following this model:

Tradition and Regional Troops. (first tier of customization -more generic and culture specific)
Superior Tradition: (not implemented) - will be per province when I get to it giving every single province a particular unit specialization it excells at.
Legendary Tradition:____ Only a handful of provinces will get these...the very bastions of military excellence like Rome, Sparta etc. Berserks are in the legendary category.

I've given Hetairoi to Bactria as well, I caved in and switched Antioch to Hellenistic...damnit my love for the Diadokhoi got the better of me.... I am _this_ close to giving Hetairoi to the Ptolemaios in Kyrene...someone stop me please!
