I just read somewhere that a mod to change the position of the sun was in the making (or already there ??). It means that it should be very easy now to turn it into a day cycle or hour of the day picker mod.
Just add color and intensity variations and you've got it.
please, it wouldn't be a day/night cycle but already something amazing to look at...
