This mod changes how ship upgrades from strategic resources work. Instead of spaceport modules that only effect ships build there you get buildings that have an empire wide but lesser effect. The upgrades to weapon damage and shield or hull hp are only 5% like repeatable tech but you can build as many as you have resources to stack the effect. Zro and Pitharan Dust effects have been split up in multiple empire unique buildings. Living metal and neutronium get their own unique buildings. I reduced the effect of neutronium to 30% and living metal provides only regeneration now. Old spaceport modules do not longer have any effect and are unbuildable.

Missing and issues
Localisation files for everything but English. Building icons are copied and renamed vanilla icons ore the default icons. If you load an old savegame, ships with an upgrade from a spaceport module retain it and can get the bonus from this mod. There is know AI optimisation and I have found no real documentation on how ai_weight and so on work.
Mods that change spaceport modules are probably incompatible.
I have not heavily playtested this. I want to get some feedback early.

Installation
Just unpack in your mod folder and activate in the launcher.

Comments, suggestions, bug reports and help especially with icons/translation are very welcome. This is my first mod release ever so try to be nice. :)
