Modern nations scenario and editing tool

I'm finally posting my modern Europe scenario that I made a couple of weeks ago. It has modern boundaries but the same leader and monarch files, etc.

I've also posted a couple of VBScripts I use to edit scenario files. One changes tags and province numbers into names, and the other changes them back. There's a readme file in the .ZIP that explains it more fully.
