Not sure what puts a mod on this list, but Waltzing Matilda: the Price of Experience is now updated to 1.17.3 version and available on Steam.

Which the last time was checked was closed for subscriptions. But there's still stuff being published.

From what I can tell, after submission they had to:
1) Check to make sure it worked
2) Check to make sure it doesn't violate any of the term/conditions of the forum
3) Check for other things (like copyright violations)

So they (or their QA team) is probably working through the list of all submissions to include on the list.
