More start dates

Please add later start dates to the game, a lot of important dynasties start full powerless in in 1066 and will never rise to any prominence unless you play as them

I feel like 936 and 1099 start dates should be high on the priority list to add - any more than that and I'm not certain. Part of the problem, I feel, is that it will divert developer focus into the history files when it could be spent on something else, but I do absolutely agree we could use some more start dates.

Edit: Ah, here's something interesting. Apparently there is a 950 date in the culture files - haven't checked the other history files yet, but that's a good sign.

Given how much work has to go into start dates (a LOT, like A LOT A LOT) my guess is these will come as DLC.
