Mouse wheel not working

Technical Problem

I have a technical problem that I need your help with please.

Game Version & Patch (incl. publisher):
I have tryed this with HOI2; 1.3a; Armageddon 1.1 and 1.2; mod 34.

OS & build/SP:
Vista Home Premium

Computer, CPU & speed:
INTRLl X86 based PC; Core 2 6600@2.40GHz; 2394Mhz,2 Core Lpgical

RAM:
2.0GB

Free HDD space:
45.4 GB

Video (brand, model, driver, memory):
Radon X1950 Pro

Sound (brand, model, driver):
High Defn Audio Device.

DirectX Version:
Sorry can't find But I know it is 10?

Other:
Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Intellimouse/keyboard Explorer.

I read the stickies but I still have the following problem:
<Here's where you tell us what the problem is and give us as many details as you can.>In the game anytime I scroll down with the mouse or keyboard wheel it works well.
But scrolling up only works with the keyboard wheel. With the mouse wheel scrolling up keeps going down.
This has been happening for months, I have only just now got so sick of it I am asking for help.

Nobody answers this? God.
Probably HOI2 is not compatible with bluetooth. The keyboard may work, but the mouse won't. In short, get a wired mouse
