If I made the rash decision to purchase the game on Epic, but barely played the game can I move it to Steam?

The only way would be to get a refund from Epic and buy on Steam. However Epic are, ahem, epically averse to giving refunds under almost any circumstances!
What you can do is put these items on your Steam Wishlist so you get alerted next time they go on sale, or check with our authorised resellers:
