How often do you find a game fails before it has even started? How often are in game crashes so bad that it is unplayable?

Now I know what causes alot of the crashes I can play 7/8 player games and expect a crash once every 10 years or so. Now seeing that I can only reasonably expect to do 20 years in a day, then 2 crashes in a long MP day is pretty reasonable.
