I don't know what they will do with my account, I'm tired of reporting this, I know that repeating the same topic on the forum "is not according to the forum rules" But I have never received a response from the bug team or even been told heard, my report has been ignored for 1 year and it seems that I am in a battle with you TO BE HEARD. Paradox Support told me that "my report was already on the list to fix" which was a lie. It's been over 3-5 updates since I reported this and I'm still getting ignored even though I provide proof of the problem they caused when they added the Mr Maison package trees. I have tried to contact the Console Bugs team directly and I always get the answer that "posting to the forum is the only option I have". I am too disappointed as a consumer of Cities Skylines on console, I have bought all the DLC for the game on console. You can even verify that it is true in my Playstation account. I have spent hundreds of dollars investing in this game and the only thing I have asked in return IS TO BE HEARD WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO THE GAME , these Tree assets are assets that are on all my maps and have definitely ruined all my horizons by filling them with patches black and pixelated due to the terrible and ruined quality of the assets, I don't know what to do if they are going to block me for trying to get this problem fixed, it's fine, but I tried to be heard in the ways that paradox support asked me, I don't know what to do anymore i give up

1. Are you using a 4K TV. Is it set to the highest graphic settings?
2. Is your console set to its highest graphic

settings?
I have never planted the new tees in mass. I've only planted a few at a time. I do see they are effected by render distance as you move away from them, going in and out of sharpness. Notice the California Palms above the first metro cars on the left vs the California Palms above the last metro cars in the right. In and out of render distance. I would say this is normal.

Your Assets look like they should, before the updates ruined mine. Yes, I have more than 5 reports where I tell paradox that the rendering distance is the problem (my cities are full of black and pixelated patches on all the horizons because of those 3 trees that are planted in all my cities, the photo That you send me, for example, does not have the black patches that mine unfortunately have. Before the updates ruined these assets, they looked the same as yours, because from what I see in the photo they look good and decent and that's what I'm trying to help me solve, I don't know why they became pixelated and patchy without color (even if you look at my assets they look more pixelated.
1: Yes, I do have a 4K TV but it's not because of the resolution, I've already changed from TV several times, I have already restarted the game many times, I have uninstalled it 8 times and reinstalled it, on PS5 and on PS4 and it is still the same problem.
