I have some questions to your game?

What is the rules - semihistoricle, mcmc, historicle?
Is ther any regulations to contryes.
Ant rules conserning economic warfere, before war?
Is it a 36, 38, 39 scenario?
Can SU and US be involved in wars intill 41?

Im interrested in hearing abaout the game, and what rules and gametimes you have planned, also if it is players new to HOI2 mulitiplayer going to play or not. Or if it is for the more experienced.

Also i will say that i have 3 internettconnections avalible here
10 MB, 20MB and 100MB, maby i will ask to joyn, but i want to know what game it is, and the rules and game time and date in GMT.

it should be a semi historic game (us may not invade canada etc)
starting in 38
germany, ussr, uk and possibly japan have to be human controlled
USSR and US shouldn't declare war before '41
my timezone is GMT+1, i can play in the evening plus sunday & thursday during the day.
