Multiplayer doesn't work

hi to everyone. I've bought Hoi 2 a year ago, and I've never tried
to use the multiplayer. Now I've decided to use it, but it doesn't work. i choose valkyrienet from the game, and when it opens the new window it continues to try get into valkyrienet, but never enetrs.

I've controlled the firewall and it is unabled for Hoi. i've installed the last (i think is 1.3) patch in italian version.

please help me

Sounds like a router problem. You have to configure your router properly to be able to play MP in Hoi2. Looks at the top of the MP page here you will see there is a stickied setup for routers there, follow that and you will be fine.
