playing from the '36 scenario. by the time you reach '43 client's start losing numerous techs. Used to be limited to one's they just finished...you would have to go in the save file, edit in the previous tech to 99% complete, then they could go on to the next one. Now, we see clients losing random techs researched years ago for no apparent reason (i.e. finished nuke tech tree, but reload to find Exp Reactor is missing in the middle of the tree).

Has anyone found a way around this issue? Typically the game is played on no faster than above normal, mostly on below normal after Danzig. Host uses broadband cable, others are DSL or cable as well.

Also, when making an amphibious attack and you lose, they are on permanent retreat, right? Is there a way to stop this besides bringing them back to home territory and a giving them a different move command?
