Multiplayer problem

Perhaps this should be in the support forum... but I don't think it is a problem with EU2.

I have attempted to host numerous games. Ver. 1.05

We can go for about 6 months tops (3 month average), at which time my cable connection goes completely dead and I have to restart my computer (i have zero connection to the internet until i do so). Any suggestions to make my connection more stable? Can my connection just not take the traffic?

I've never heard of this before although I do have problems with one of my players whoes line occassionally seems to jam up, although not fail.

Could it be that your internet connection is set to time out if there is no user activity after a certain time period?

Not that I know of - I have not encountered such a setting since I have had dial-up...
and there was user activity, so that shouldn't of been the problem i don't think.

don't worry, did not sound patronizing, i don't think you could. not a genius when it comes to comps
