Multiplayer time out of sync

I start games with my buddies on valkyerie.net. Before we start, everything is fine, I can see him organize his divisions; however, when the game starts, our times go out of sync, I'll be at april 19th, and he'll only be at april 2nd.

Another thing that is weird, is apparently, he can't change the speed, and I can. Is there something wrong? If so what?

First of all check so that your computor is virus free.

It's probably lag. Don't expect to play on extremely fast on MP games. Instead run the game on very slow see if the problem persist if not then move it up slowly to fine optimal speed for you guys.
