My Airport Cargo Terminal is not operating at all.

What is your game version?
Version 11.01

What expansions do you have installed?
Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Campus, Sunset Harbor, Airports

What mods are you using?


Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have a world with a fully functioning airport with a cargo airport terminal in it and I started a new world a couple months back and recently unlocked the airport achievements. My normal airport is functioning perfectly, but my Cargo airport terminal won’t operate for some reason. I’ve gone back and forth between my two worlds to make sure I didn’t do anything completely irregular and have looked up possible mistakes I made, but I don’t think I’ve made any. I’ve also tried making the cargo airport it’s own airport in a different location as well, but nothing helps. I was wondering if this is a small bug that’s been happening to others and/or if it could be fixed?

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
I technically can, the issue is just that the Cargo Terminal will
not operate no matter what I do/where I put it.

From your version number I'll guess you are on a console edition of the game, so over there we go.

Xbox one x/ PS4 I would double check the taxiways. One reversed path would prevent the hub from working.

Did any imports arrive in your city after checking and rechecking your cargo airport? Because even base cargo airport shows all my planes arriving with 0 cargo.

I forgot to suggest you should also check your roads to make sure trucks can arrive and depart correctly. A one way street backwards would also present the hub from working.
