I'm playing as the Soviet Union in the 1944 scenario. It's November 1944 and I've conquered Germany and her allies. However, everytime it gets to about November 16 or 17, the game crashes.

It also crashes when I try to declare war on the allies.

You could try playing past that date as a different nation say some small out of the way one, the save and relaod as the nation you want.
Otherwise sounds like your save is corrupted otr you hit a bug, you can report bugs following the instructions in the sticky thread.
