My player heir got a one star learning education instead of what I was educating him in.

Description​

I was playing in Germany and I had twin sons. When they were both four I made them dukes. They were both bossy and I educated them both in stewardship. One of the twins has a four-star stewardship education as expected. My heir has one-star learning despite having a 16 education score in stewardship. I did not change him to learning before he became an adult.

Steps to reproduce​

1.) Have two children.
2.) They're both bossy so educate both in stewardship yourself.
3.) Land both of them when they are both four years old.
4.) Raise them both to sixteen.
5.) Wonder why one of them has a one-star learning education.
