Normally the right way to get hooked into a campaign here is to wait until a new campaign starts (which happens quite often) and then stake a claim as a nation of your chosing.
Alternatively, you can look in the MP Perm/Sub Searchlist. There are almost always some spaces open in campaigns there.
Other than that be polite and reliable and you´ll get along just fine here.

Hey Marbot as Caslu said, we are needing some subs for that MP, the country is Russia for a permanent seat and Sweden for a couple of sessions. I dont know if it would be good give the permanent seat for a player who is just begining to play MP... I think he should start subbing only until he feels confident.
