This question seem to have been up before, but I can't understand how to implement the nationalism in the game.

When the Dutch revolt, they get an extra ~40% revolt risk chance from "Dutch nationalism". Can this value be changed and/or implemented on other nationalist rebellion areas, like the US colonies or Prussia for example?

The file revolt.csv makes no sense to me, and in the revolt.txt there are no additional values included for the Netherlands, just the same 1492-1792 timespan and specified areas necessary for independence.

Any help is appreciated.
