Native quality troops with reliabilty = 7

Reliabilty=7 ..... opposed to 3 which was there before loading the game (no leader)

There is hardly any reason to ever build regular quality anymore.

What about org?
Native quality get 1/2 enhancement on Org from inventiony/techs...but only if you build them later.
Native quality troops which are already deployed will get the full enhancement when the inventions trigger.

So: At 1/10 of the price for a regular Division you can get a native Division which is just a bit behind in Org.

Doesn't the reliability get better over time? My colonial troops always get a reliability of 8 or after a while

Reliability doesn't change over time.

The increase from 3 to 7 (no leader) is a result from loading a saved game (as described above). It's repeatable.
Since I doubt that there are many people out there who play a GC non-stop most of the native (or colonial. don't know the exact term for it, because I'm using the german strings) quality troops will have a 7 .

Your reliablity of 8 is coming from having a leader (at least that's what I'm guessing)
