did anyone play as a vassal and managed to create a title? it seen like the only way to create a title is using a decision, but it asks you to be independent.

I playing as nomadic county anyway. it will hard to independent out of the kingdom with only 3 lands limit you can have.
I guess this is working as intended, vassals aren't meant to be able to dominate titles.

ye all good. got the duchy title i was after. u can still claim you Lord titles using prestige.
