I recently purchased some new DLCs for Crusader Kings II. While I have not received any emails from Steam or Paradox with the steam keys, I did see Steam Keys within my Paradox account. I tried adding those to Steam, but it says they are "not installed". There is an option within my Paradox account to "activate" the DLC, but every time I did that, the site gives me the following error message every time: "Could not activate key: This redeem code has expired. Please contact customer service."
This is not the first time I have had major difficulties trying to download DLC, and I am very frustrated. If anyone has any information as to why this apparent technical problem is happening and how it can be forced to change, it would be greatly appreciated.
