No children showing up as peer for Peer Meet when you go to send out invitations.

Description​

As a child ruler I tried to do a Peer Meet, but it showed there were no children around me, even though there are actually several. For some reason I couldn't meet anyone.

Steps to reproduce​

I played as a child Queen ruler of the Gaelic (custom character) and when I went to send out invitations, it said there were no children to meet. I know there are at least 6 children nearby.

Could you provide a save? While playing as a custom character this things can happen. AI gets a lot of negative bonuses towards relations while the player is of different culture and religion. I was unable to recreate this bug.
