Same here. This may or may not be related to the fact that for some reason the steam overlay doesn't work/show with C:S. It is enabled (globally and in the game's properties), but the key combination doesn't work (and I would assume the "workshop" link from the main page opens it in the overlay?). I also have never seen any steam notification from achievements for example, even though I've gotten a few...
I had to restart my steam to get it to appear, then restart my computer after that to get the steam pages to even load, they would just stay blank. Now the mods won't download after subscribing.
