Not a Scandinavian Elector

Description​

After requesting to be vassalized by Sweden, I have not been declared an elector under Sweden's Scandinavian Election succession. I waited an election cycle to see if it would resolve itself, and it has not. I'm the most powerful vassal within Sweden and on the council, but not an elector. I can't see any in-game rules that would be preventing me from being an elector at this point.

Steps to reproduce​

Possible caused by requesting to be vassalized instead of being conquered or vassalized in other ways.

You are just showing us the candidates list. Do you have a claim on the title of Sweden or family of the current ruler? Also, from what is visible on the map you are not a de-jure vassal in Sweden, all your titles are in Norway.

Thanks - I hovered over the "Electors : Ruler and Vassals" tooltip that didn't include the requirement of being a 'de jure' vassal. However, after reading the Scandavian Election tooltip that requirement is in there. Apologies for not digging in more, I'll close out.
