Not possible to use any alphabet other than English

Expected Result​

I was expecting to be able to change the name of the city/street/district in my native alphabet that is present in the game (all menus and descriptions are translated correctly).

Actual Result​

While trying to rename a city/street/district the only language displayed is English.

Steps to reproduce​

Change language in a game menu, try to rename a city and choose other language other than English.

Description​

This is not an issue in the original Xbox One version and everything works fine there. It's a problem in the Remastered version.
