Playing with the USA I nuke Berlin and Essen.
All province's scores go down to 0 (IC,inf,etc.) and Victory Points to 1....That's OK.
But...After I save my game, and I load again, I realize that IC in Berlin (19) and Essen (12) start like if nothing was happen. I think is a bug.Don't you?
What can I do?
1. I play with 1.3a. Is this problem solved in 1.3b or in DD?
2. If not, Can I do any cheat to force IC's Berlin and Essen to be 0?
3. Can I modify any file to solve this bug?
