please, i had to format my hard drive several weeks ago. i thought i had all my important files backed-up. there is a scenario tat allowed you to set-up whatever nations you wanted to be major powers, to allow for global conquest. it allowed for the playing of other smaller countries that the current version of EU does not. it frees up some other countries that were contained into larger ones. i know that it was some type of generator, but when i downloaded EUgen116 from moctezuma, it was not the right one. does anyone know about the generator i am talking about??
