Opium Event in WW1 ??

Just started to play China in the WW1 scenario but I got the an Opium War event ??!! Looking at the events file I think the deathdate of the event (it's currently 1920) just needs changing but what should I change it to ?

Well, 1911 was the year of the Chinese Revolution, but in Victoria that may not happen in a GC.

I don't think the deathdate should be changed, but instead change the scenario file to include the event as a happened event.
