Instead of real ones (Or along with), able to make/name them yourself perhaps? You just give enough gold and a province or 2 or whatever and set it up and after that it is just like any others, of course this would be expensive.

I guess what Im asking is: will these kinds of "honorary" orders be included too, or are we just talking about the crusading orders?
