I'm on the Sunset Harbour map Azure Gulf. I have placed the new Glass box transport hub and no outside passenger trains are coming to the train station. I have placed another one and still nothing. I believe this is a bug with the new content creators pack not making passenger trains spawn. I'm playing on the Xbox Series X.

Hello and Welcome,

is there a Checkbox in the Context-Window like in this Picture?

I wonder if this is the same annoying issue that plagues the existing multi-track stations. It's hit or miss as to which track the station will "allow" receiving outside trains. It's almost never the track I actually want them coming to.

For example, in one game, I tried placing down the multi-track endpoint station, and I connected the right-most line (when looking down at it with tracks pointed up). Waited and waited, no trains. Then I made a connection between that track and the next one over. Then, magically, trains appeared -- only they of course went to the next platform over to what I really wanted.

So I would see if this bug still exists with the new assets. Try connecting different tracks to the outside (assuming it has different tracks; while I've seen screenshots of the new assets, I didn't memorize their names and have not bought the DLC yet).

Reactions:
It seems like it is affecting the multiplatform stations including the mass transit train station. I connected one of the normal non-DLC and a train appeared and redone the tracks and still nothing.

This is very similar to the existing endpoint station. I would try an experiment: connect ALL the tracks to the outside line and see if a train spawns. If it does, watch which platform it pulls into, and that's the track the station wants you to use.

If you still don't get trains, but you do with a non-DLC asset, then something might be wrong with the new assets.

Yep, you hit the existing bug with the new assets. The fact that you reproduced this on X-Box means it's not a mod issue (an argument I frequently have with people when I bring up this problem).

It's this one. Not from my city.

You post might be easier to answer if you used your own screen shots of your problematic city. Or better yet, provide a saved game of your city that we can see firsthand.

But my question for you is, why do you think that cims want to, or should use, this station?

It must have a purpose, or no one will use it. Typically outside connections are used by tourists, so building a tourist trap district should bring in tourists.

But if you provide a saved game, it will be much easier (and quicker) to troubleshoot.
