I have tried everything to try to fix it, I have even formatted my computer and I still have the same problem, this had not happened to me before, I already tried with the antivirus deactivated and it is not that either, I only have windows defender and it still does not work even if I deactivate it - example video:

C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/
Please attach them here.

What happens if you run PrisonArchitect.exe directly from File Explorer?
