If you have a heretic province, and choose the second option, 'peaceful conversion is a better way', you lose 50 piety. And then the event happens a few days later. And again, and again. So you're forced to either choose the first option, or suffer a hell of infinite negative piety and spammed events. It needs some kind of trigger-and-modifier system.
