I come from China. I played the cities game in PlayStation5. It's very well game. I bought some DLCs ( industries， fiance， heart of Korea）. At beginning I can use these dlcs to have more fun. But Recently When I restarted the ps5 all DLCs can't be loaded. Even the city that I built in the game I can reload. The system remind of me you can't load because the DLCs missed. So I tried to installed the cities game several times. The issue still can't be resolved.

I'm afraid we cannot read Chinese, and as they are photos we can't run them though Google Translate.

But if you own these DLCs in your PSN account, but have reinstalled the game or moved to a new console, you'll need to install them manually.


First go into your PSN account online. Do you see the passses OR the individual DLCs listed there as you owning them? If so you need to hit DOWNLOAD on each one to install it on your PS4.

If that's not the issue, did you buy your base game on a DVD? If so the most likely problem is it has a different Sony region than the PSN store you bought the passes from. If that's the case you'll need to contact PSN support and swap the passes for ones from the PSN store that matches the Sony region of your DVD.
